摘　　要：I Opening up is a hallmark of contemporary China.In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),promoting highstandard opening up is an important part in the section of"Accelerating the Creation of a New Development Pattern and Pursuing High-Quality Development."The Third Plenary Session of the 2Oth CPC Central Committee stressed that we must remain committed to the basic state policy of opening up to the outside world,continue to promote reform through opening up,enhance our capacity for opening up while expanding cooperation with other countries,and develop new institutions for a higher-standard open economy.一开放是当代中国的鲜明标识。党的二十大报告把推进高水平对外开放作为“加快构建新发展格局,着力推动高质量发展”重要内容。党的二十届三中全会强调,必须坚持对外开放基本国策,坚持以开放促改革,在扩大国际合作中提升开放能力,建设更高水平开放型经济新体制。
