摘　　要：In 2024,the interplay between the global trend towards multipolarity and the countercurrent of the US effort to maintain its hegemony greatly shaped the global political and security situation.The ongoing adjustments in international relations continued to deepen.The US intensified its efforts to build camps in the international system and divide the Global South.Though the China-US relationship showed some easing tendency,it's still faced with a weak foundation as well as challenges.Against the backdrop of the Ukraine crisis,China-Europe relations developed amid fluctuations,while China-Russia strategic coordination continued to strengthen.In the Asia-Pacific,the US kept consolidating its containment system against China.In Europe,the Ukraine crisis dragged on and expanded.In the Middle East,the Palestine-Israel conflict grew into a comprehensive confrontation between Israel and the"Axis of Resistance".In the vast regions of Asia,Africa,and Latin America,many countries faced challenges of political uncertainty.In the field of global governance,climate change,international institutional reform and emerging technologies were the focus of the international community,yet the governance process faced severe challenges from geopolitical competition.2024年,世界多极化的大势与美国维护霸权的逆流相互激荡,深刻塑造了全球政治和安全形势。国际关系的持续调整仍在深化,美国加速推动国际体系阵营化,加大分化全球南方的力度;中美关系显现缓和态势,但基础脆弱并面临挑战;在乌克兰危机背景下,中欧关系在波动中发展,中俄战略协作继续增强。在亚太,美持续巩固遏华体系;在欧洲,乌克兰危机延岩扩大;在中东,巴以冲突扩散为以色列与“抵抗轴心”的全面对抗;在广大亚非拉地区,不少国家面临政治不确定性的挑战。在全球治理领域,全球气变、国际机制改革和新兴技术是国际社会的关注焦点,但治理进程面临地缘政治竞争的严峻挑战。
