摘 要:禽白血病(Avian leukosis,AL)是由禽白血病病毒(Avian leukosis virus,ALV)引起的禽类多种肿瘤性疾病的统称,在世界各地广泛流行,对世界养禽业造成巨大的经济损失。目前国内绝大多数商业鸡场已实现对AL的净化,即净化鸡场中原种场全部为ALV阴性,祖代场、父母代场ALV阳性率低于1%,但仍有不少本土地方鸡以及白羽肉鸡等鸡种感染形势严峻。文章阐述了我国ALV流行病学研究现状并概述ALV检测技术及其防控措施的研究进展,旨在为不同应用场景选择更合适的ALV检测方法以及完善养殖场的AL防疫体系提供建议,同时为ALV检测与AL防控技术的后续研发提供参考。Avian leukosis(AL)is a collective term for a variety of neoplastic diseases of avians,caused by avian leukosis virus(ALV)infection,which is widely prevalent around the world and causes huge economic losses to the world poultry industry.At present,the majority of commercial poultry farms in China have achieved eradication of AL,which means that the stock seed farm is all test negative,and the test positive rate of the grandparent farm and the parent farm are less than 1%.However,there are still many chicken breeds such as local chicken breeds and white-feather broilers facing severe situation of infection.This paper reviewed the current research status of ALV epidemiology in China and outlined the progress of ALV detection,prevention and control measures,aiming to provide suggestions for choosing more appropriate ALV detection methods for different application scenarios and improving the AL epidemic prevention system of farms,and at the same time,to provide a reference for subsequent study on detection of ALV,prevention and control technology of AL.
