摘　　要：在简要回顾中国国际经济法学会(学会)的创建史、宗旨与共识、组织建设的基础上,本文阐述学会1984年成立以来的主要工作和优良传统。作者指出,学会的成立是中国特色国际经济法学初步形成的重要标志之一,学会创建发展史是中国特色国际经济法学创建发展史的重要组成部分之一;学会的目标是创建国际经济法领域的学术交流平台和民间智库,以促进我国国际经济法教学研究的发展,服务我国改革开放的伟大事业;在一定意义上,学会的生命力在于其优良传统的形成、传承和发扬光大。Based on a brief review of the creative history,purpose and consensus,and institutional construction of Chinese Society of International Economic Law(CSIEL),the paper illustrates the main achievements and fine traditions of CSIEL since its establishment in 1984.It is pointed out that the establishment of CSIEL is one of the main hallmarks of preliminary formation of the international economic law(IEL)with Chinese characteristics,and the history of establishment and development of CSIEL is one of the main parts of the history of establishment and development of the IEL with Chinese characteristics;the objective of CSIEL is to achieve an academic exchange platform and a private think tank in the field of IEL,for promoting the development of IEL teaching and researching in China,and serving to the China's great cause of reform and opening-up;and in a certain sense the vitality of CSIEL is based on the formation,inheritance and further development of its fine traditions.
