摘　　要：人工智能是第四次工业革命中最具活力的通用目的技术,以“创新链+价值链”为基础支撑,以“创新链+供应链”为关键支撑,以“创新链+产业链”为核心支撑,以“创新链+生态链”为重要支撑,通过生产要素、平台组织、产业转型升级、数实深度融合四个维度赋能新型工业化。现阶段,人工智能赋能新型工业化已取得明显成效,但仍存在人工智能关键硬件与开源软件储备不足、人工智能在重点行业领域应用率偏低、人工智能领域人才短缺且结构不合理、缺乏适应人工智能发展的标准体系和法律法规等问题。为此,中国应重点加强关键核心技术的攻关和突破,有效发挥新型工业化典型应用场景的示范作用,加快培育和引进人工智能领域的高端复合型人才,不断完善人工智能领域的标准体系和法律法规,进一步拓展数实深度融合的新空间。In recent years,with the continuous iteration,innovation,and accelerated development of new‑generation information and communication technologies represented by artificial intelligence(AI),its integration with the real economy has become increasingly widespread and profound.Exploring how AI can empower new industrialization in the era of digital intelligence is an inherent requirement to adapt to the accelerated evolution of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.It is an important way to drive the high‑quality development of China’s manufacturing industry and accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces.AI is the most dynamic general‑purpose technology in the Fourth Industrial Revolution,and its empowerment and development of new industrialization is a dynamic and systematic process that requires specific exploration based on the main achievements and constraints of AI in empowering new industrialization at the current stage.This paper first analyzes the fundamental drivers in the industrialization process from the perspectives of the promotion process,practical results,and historical logic of the three industrial revolutions.Based on the characteristics of the technology‑economy paradigm of AI,it explores the mechanism of its role in promoting new industrialization.It takes“innovation chain and value chain”as the basic support,“innovation chain and supply chain”as the key support,“innovation chain and industrial chain”as the core support,and“innovation chain and ecological chain”as the important support.It empowers new industrialization through four dimensions:“production factors,platform organizations,industrial upgrading,and full integration between the digital economy and the real economy”.At present,AI has achieved certain results in empowering new industrialization,but there are still problems such as insufficient reserves of key hardware and open source software for AI,bottleneck of key core technologies,low application rate of AI
