基于RSA-QR-DWT算法的海洋气象传真系统强鲁棒性可信认证水印技术

摘　　要：近年来,气象信息的研究和应用成为备受关注的领域,而气象信息系统作为交通运输行业的关键支持系统,起着至关重要的作用。海上气象传真系统主要通过无线电气象传真方式播发气象信息,然而,由于海上无线网络通信信道的开放性,气象传真信息存在被篡改的风险,可能导致错误信息的传播,进而影响决策和应急措施。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种在离散小波变换(Discrete Wavelet Transform,DWT)域实现的结合非对称加密算法的李维斯特-萨莫尔-阿德曼(Rivest-Shamir-Adleman,RSA)算法和基于快速响应(Quick Response,QR)码的强鲁棒性可信认证水印技术,即RSA-QR-DWT算法。该算法首先利用RSA算法生成私钥对身份信息进行加密,并将加密后的身份信息嵌入QR码中,然后将QR码嵌入气象图像的DWT域中。实验结果显示:该算法在确保图像质量的同时,表现出鲁棒性,能够有效抵御多种攻击,从而保证了气象信息的真实性和安全性。与传统的基于最低有效位(Least Significant Bit,LSB)算法的QR码认证方法相比,RSA-QR-DWT算法在鲁棒性上展现出明显优势,能够更好地抵御旋转裁剪攻击、压缩攻击及一定程度的噪声攻击。In recent years,the research and application of meteorological information have become areas of significant attention,with meteorological information systems serving as critical support systems in the transportation industry.The marine weather fax system primarily disseminates meteorological information via radio facsimile.However,due to the openness of maritime wireless communication channels,there is a risk of weather fax information being tampered with,potentially leading to the dissemination of incorrect information,thereby affecting decision-making and emergency response actions.To address this issue,this paper proposes a robust and reliable authentication watermarking technique in the Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT)domain,combining asymmetric encryption and Quick Response(QR)code-based methods,named the RSA-QR-DWT algorithm.The algorithm first utilizes the RSA algorithm to generate a private key to encrypt identity information,embeds the encrypted identity information into a QR code,and then embeds the QR code into the DWT domain of the weather image.Experimental results show that this algorithm ensures image quality while demonstrating robustness,effectively resisting various attacks,thereby guaranteeing the authenticity and security of meteorological information.Compared to traditional QR code authentication methods based on the Least Significant Bit(LSB)algorithm,the RSA-QR-DWT algorithm shows significant advantages in robustness,being better equipped to resist rotation-cropping attacks,compression attacks,and certain levels of noise attacks.
