摘　　要：副结核病是一种由鸟分枝杆菌副结核亚种引起的慢性肉芽肿性肠炎,可以感染多种家畜和野生动物。由于缺乏灵敏度高、特异性好的诊断方法,开展反刍动物副结核病的防控工作十分困难。目前,检测方法主要有病原学、血清学和细胞免疫学方法。本文主要对副结核病的常见诊断方法进行阐述。Paratyphi B is a chronic granulomatous enteritis caused by Mycobacterium avium paratyphi subspecies,which can infect a variety of domestic and wild animals.Due to the lack of sensitive and specific diagnostic methods,it is difficult to carry out the prevention and control of paratumiasis in ruminants.At present,the detection methods mainly include etiological,serological and cellular immunological methods.This article mainly describes the common diagnostic methods of para-tuberculosis.
