摘　　要：普瑞巴林作为一种新型神经递质γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的结构类似物,通过减少各种神经递质的释放来影响中枢神经系统,起到调节情绪、缓解焦虑和减轻疼痛的作用,具有吸收快、利用率高的特点。2021年,EMA的兽药委员会(CVMP)批准普瑞巴林用于治疗猫焦虑和恐惧上市,这是该药首次应用于犬猫等宠物。国外近年来在普瑞巴林作用机理及药代动力学特性、犬猫临床上的应用和兽用剂型方面做了广泛的研究,本文对相关研究进展作一阐述,以促进该药在国内的研发与推广应用。Pregabalin,as a structural analogue of a new neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA),affects the central nervous system by reducing the release of various neurotransmitters,therefore achieves the effect of regulating mood,relieving anxiety and alleviating pain.The drug is characterized by fast absorption and high bioavailability.In 2021,the Committee for Veterinary Medicinal Products(CVMP)of EMA approved the use of pregabalin for the treatment of anxiety and fear in cats,marking the first application of this drug in dogs,cats,and other pets.In recent years,research on the mechanism of action and pharmacokinetic characteristics of pregabalin,clinical application in dogs and cats and veterinary dosage forms has been extensively conducred abroad.This paper reviews the progress of relevant research,aiming to promote the development and application of pregabalin in China.
