摘  要:为明确提高濮豆561产量的目标性状,文章对濮豆561区域试验中的主要农艺性状及产量结果进行遗传变异、相关性、通径、主成分分析及适应性评价。结果表明,11个主要农艺性状的变异系数范围为2.71%~34.13%,底荚高度变异系数最大,为34.13%;其次为单株粒重,变异系数为28.37%。产量与单株粒重呈极显著正相关,与单株有效荚数呈显著正相关。单株粒重对产量正向直接效应最大,直接通径系数为2.784。在濮豆561的11个主要农艺性状中提取3个主成分,分别为产量因子、生长势因子和品质因子,累计贡献率为83.273%;适应性分析综合得分前5名的试验点分别是潍坊市、邯郸市、运城市、郑州市和濮阳市。In order to clarify the target traits for improving the yield of Pudou 561,this article conducted genetic variation,correlation,path,principal component analysis,and adaptability evaluation of agronomic characters and reld results on the regional trial of Pudou 561.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of 11 main traits ranged from 2.71%to 34.13%.The highest coefficient of variation was the bottom pod height,with a coefficient of variation of 34.13%,followed by the coefficient of variation of grain weight per plant of 28.37%.The yield was significantly positively correlated with the grain weight per plant and the number of effective pods per plant.The direct effect of grain weight per plant on yield was the largest,and the direct path coefficient was 2.784.Three principal components were extracted from 11 main traits of Pudou 561,which were yield factor,growth potential factor and quality factor,and the cumulative contribution rate was 83.273%.The top five comprehensive scores of adaptability analysis were:Weifang,Handan,Yuncheng,Zhengzhou and Puyang.
