高校绿色知识服务、嵌入性与农户绿色生产行为

摘　　要：以嵌入性理论为基础,利用370个农户家庭有关绿色生产行为的调查数据,运用结构方程模型方法,研究了高校绿色知识服务和推广对农户绿色生产行为的影响,探究了高校关系嵌入、认知嵌入和文化嵌入对绿色生产行为的影响。研究结果发现,高校绿色知识服务对关系嵌入、认知嵌入和文化嵌入均有正向影响,关系嵌入、认知嵌入和文化嵌入对农户绿色生产行为均有正向影响,关系嵌入、认知嵌入和文化嵌入在高校绿色知识服务和农户绿色生产行为中起到中介作用,农户绿色自我效能分别调节高校绿色知识服务和关系嵌入、认知嵌入、文化嵌入以及绿色生产行为的关系。研究结论为高校助力乡村生态治理提供了指导,有利于完善农村生态保护,促进乡村振兴建设。Green production is an important way to promote economic transformation.It is an important means to form a stable ecosystem,promote ecological livability construction and rural revitalization.Based on the embeddedness theory,through the investigation of 370 rural families,this paper explores the influence of university green knowledge service on peasants′green production behavior by using structural equation model.This paper discusses the influence mechanism of relational embeddedness,cognitive embeddedness and cultural embeddedness on peasants′green production behavior.The results show that the promotion of university green knowledge service has a positive impact on relationship embeddedness,cognitive embeddedness,cultural embeddedness and green production behavior.Relationship embeddedness,cognitive embeddedness and cultural embeddedness has a positive impact on green production behavior.Relational embeddedness,cognitive embeddedness and cultural embeddedness play an intermediary role in the promotion of green knowledge in university and the green production behavior of peasants.Peasants′green self-efficacy moderates the effect of university green knowledge service on relationship embeddedness,cognitive embeddedness,cultural embeddedness and green production behavior.
