基于在线评论的图书馆数字化服务优化研究

摘　　要：数字化时代为图书馆的服务带来了新的机遇和挑战,在线借阅、电子资源、个性化推荐是当代图书馆数字化服务的重要内容。基于大众点评上关于图书馆数字化服务的相关评论数据,建立数字化服务词典,抽取数字化服务相关评论,利用SnowNLP情感分析工具对其情感值进行计算,再利用LDA主题模型分别挖掘了不同情感倾向评论的潜在主题,并根据不同情感倾向读者的关注点提出了相应建议。The digital era has brought new opportunities and challenges to library services,and online borrowing,electronic resources,and personalized recommendations are important contents of contemporary library digital services.Based on the relevant comment data on library digital services on Dianping,this article establishes a digital service dictionary,extracts comments related to digital services,uses SnowNLP sentiment analysis tool to calculate their sentiment values,and then uses LDA topic model to explore the potential themes of comments with different emotional tendencies.Corresponding suggestions are proposed according to the concerns of readers with different emotional tendencies.
