摘　　要：世界月季大观园装配式伞状构筑物为异形钢结构,主体结构为六边形截面钢柱,钢梁为变截面曲面梁,伞顶为由200 mm×100 mm×5 mm的方钢管交错组成的面,上覆ETFE膜。构件制作和安装难度大,且伞状钢柱节点内部结构复杂,焊接量大且焊缝质量要求高。针对该工程的难点和特点,通过施工技术研究解决了异形钢结构从构件制作、现场安装到焊接过程中的一系列施工难点,优化了安装顺序,简化了施工工序,确保了施工质量,也可为其他类似条件工程的施工提供参考。The prefabricated umbrella structure in Nanyang world rose grand view garden was a special-shaped steel structure.The main structure was a hexagonal section steel column,and the steel beam was a curved beam with variable section.The top of the umbrella was composed of a staggered surface of 200×100×5mm square steel tubes,which was covered with ETFE diaphragm.It was difficult to make and install components.Furthermore,the internal structure of the umbrella-shaped steel column joint was complex.In addition,the welding quantity was large and the weld quality requirement was high.According to the difficulties and characteristics of this project,a series of construction difficulties in the process of making,site installation and welding of special-shaped steel structure was solved.Installation sequence was optimized,construction process was simplified,and the construction quality was ensured.The construction technology also can provide reference for the construction of other similar projects.
