摘  要:体外膜肺氧合是最常用的体外生命支持方式之一,是挽救急性循环衰竭或呼吸功能衰竭患者生命的一项重要支持技术。通过超声心动图,可以迅速确定病人的病因,从而有助于及时改善治疗方案。此外,超声心动图还能对心腔、瓣膜和心包的结构和功能进行快速评估,这对于诊断和紧急采取治疗措施具有重要的指导意义。本综述将详细叙述超声心动图在体外支持不同阶段所发挥的作用,这些阶段包括确定适合接受ECMO治疗的患者、引导插管操作、维护ECMO系统的稳定运行、及时发现并提示可能出现的并发症,以及最终协助患者顺利脱离ECMO系统并拔除导管。Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation is one of the most commonly used forms of extracorporeal life support and it′s an important support technique to save the lives of patients with acute circulatory failure or respiratory failure.With echocardiography,we can quickly identify the cause of the patient′s decompensation,which can help to improve the duration of treatment in a timely manner.In addition,echocardiography can provide a rapid assessment of the structure and function of the heart chambers,valves,and pericardium,which is of great reference value for guiding diagnosis and emergency treatment measures.This review provides a detailed description of the role of echocardiography in the different stages of extracorporeal support,including identifying patients who are candidates for ECMO,guiding the intubation procedure,maintaining the stable operation of the ECMO system,identifying and indicating possible complications,and ultimately facilitating successful weaning from the ECMO system and removal of the catheter.
