摘  要:建立了加速溶剂萃取法结合气相色谱质谱法同时测定土壤中硫丹硫酸酯、溴螨酯、胺菊酯、氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯残留的方法。6种拟除虫菊类农药在2.00~500μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为1.1~3.9μg·kg^(-1),样品加标回收率为86.1%~105.8%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~6.3%。本方法操作便捷快速,灵敏度高,加标回收率和重现性好,适用于土壤中拟除虫菊类农药残留的监测。An accelerated solvent extraction method combined with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry was developed for the simultaneous determination of endosulfan sulfate,brominate,permethrin,cyhalothrin and fenvalerate residues in soil.The 6 pyrethroid pesticides had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 2.00~500μg·L^(-1),the detection limits were 1.1~3.9μg·kg^(-1),the recoveries were 86.1%~105.8%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.9%~6.3%.The method has the advantages of convenient operation,high sensitivity,good recovery rate and reproducibility,and is suitable for the monitoring of pyrethroid pesticide residues in soil.
