摘 要:针对传统废水处理絮凝剂添加量过大、絮凝效果差的问题,提出一种新型改性絮凝剂的制备。实验对改性絮凝剂的制备条件进行了优化,考察了改性絮凝剂的最佳使用条件,并对改性絮凝剂的应用效果进行研究。结果表明,改性絮凝剂的最佳制备条件为聚硅酸合成pH值为3,n_(Al+Ti)/n_(Si)为0.9,n_(Al)/n_(Ti)为7∶3,n_(m CTS)/n_(Si)为0.6。改性絮凝剂的最佳使用条件为:废水pH值为4~6,絮凝剂投加量为15~25mg·L^(-1),沉降时间为10min。在此条件下,改性絮凝剂对废水色度去除率为95%,浊度去除率为99%,COD去除率为80%。与单一絮凝剂进行对比,本实验制备的改性絮凝剂表现出良好的综合处理效果,在废水处理方面展现出明显的优势。A new type of modified flocculant is proposed for the preparation of traditional wastewater treatment with excessive addition of flocculants and poor flocculation effect.The experiment first optimized the preparation conditions of the modified flocculant,then examined the optimal usage conditions of the modified flocculant,and studied the application effect of the modified flocculant.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions for the modified flocculant were:the pH value of 3 for the synthesis of polysilicic acid,the n_(Al+Ti)/n_(Si) ratio of 0.9,the n_(Al)/n_(Ti) ratio of 7∶3,and the nmCTS/nSi ratio of 0.6.The optimal conditions for the use of modified flocculants were:the pH value of the wastewater was 4~6,the dosage of flocculants was 15~25mg·L^(-1),and the settling time was 10 minutes.Under these conditions,the modified flocculant has a color removal rate of 95%,turbidity removal rate of 99%,and COD removal rate of 80%for wastewater.Compared with a single flocculant,the modified flocculant prepared in this experiment showed good comprehensive treatment effect and obvious advantages in wastewater treatment.
