摘 要:基于提高低渗透油田采收率的目的,本文采用高压岩芯流动装置,通过实验分析不同气体种类(CO_(2)、N_(2)、甲烷)、注气速率及温度和压力等条件对驱油效果的影响,并结合CO_(2)气驱、水驱及化学复合驱的对比研究和协同效应实验,得到以下结论:CO_(2)气驱在提升采收率方面表现最佳,最高采收率达到52.7%,显著优于水驱的38.9%;最佳注气速率为0.5mL·min^(-1),使采收率提高了23.5%;在温度和压力的综合条件下,60℃和10MPa时采收率达到54.1%,表现出最优效果。CO_(2)与化学复合驱结合使用进一步提升采收率至61.9%,表现出很好的协同效应。现场试验结果表明,CO_(2)气驱技术可使采收率提升28.3%~32.1%,日产油量提高至15.4~17.1t,气体利用率维持在85.7%~87.2%之间。Based on the purpose of improving the recovery rate of low-permeability oil fields,this paper uses a high-pressure core flow device to experimentally analyze the impact of different gas types(CO_(2),N_(2),methane),gas injection rate,temperature,pressure and other conditions on the oil displacement effect,and combines comparative studies and synergistic effect tests between CO_(2) gas flooding,water flooding and chemical composite flooding have led to the following conclusions:CO_(2) gas flooding performs best in improving recovery,with a maximum recovery rate of 52.7%,which is significantly better than water flooding 38.9%;the optimal gas injection rate is 0.5mL·min^(-1),which increases the recovery rate by 23.5%;under the comprehensive conditions of temperature and pressure,the recovery rate reaches 54.1%at 60℃and 10MPa,showing the optimal effect.The combination of CO_(2) and chemical composite flooding further increased the recovery rate to 61.9%,demonstrating a synergistic effect.Field test results show that CO_(2) gas flooding technology can increase the recovery rate by 28.3%~32.1%,increase the daily oil production to 15.4~17.1t,and maintain the gas utilization rate between 85.7%~87.2%.
