摘 要:为提高深层页岩气储层的勘探开发效率,对西部某深层页岩气储层钻井过程中出现井下复杂事故的原因进行了分析,并在此基础上提出有针对性的技术对策,研制出一套适合目标深层页岩气井的高效水基钻井液体系。结果表明,该钻井液体系的流变性能、滤失性能和耐温性能均比较强,在160℃下老化后仍能保持良好的综合性能;其抑制性能也较强,岩屑在钻井液中600min的线性膨胀率仅为3.6%;其润滑性能与油基钻井液基本相当;此外,该钻井液还具备较强的封堵能力和抗污染能力,30min常温常压和高温高压砂床滤失量均为0。当NaCl加量为20%、CaCl_(2)加量为2.0%、岩屑加量为20%时,钻井液的流变性能和滤失性能仍较为稳定。In order to improve the exploration and development efficiency of deep shale gas reservoirs,an analysis was conducted on the causes of complex underground accidents during the drilling process of a deep shale gas reservoir in the western region.Based on this,targeted technical countermeasures were proposed,and an efficient water-based drilling fluid system suitable for target deep shale gas wells was developed.The results show that the rheological properties,filtration performance,and temperature resistance of the drilling fluid system are relatively strong,and it can still maintain good comprehensive performance after aging at 160℃;Its inhibition performance is also strong,with a linear expansion rate of only 3.6%for rock cuttings in drilling fluid for 600 minutes;Its lubrication performance is basically equivalent to oil-based drilling fluid;In addition,the drilling fluid also has strong sealing ability and anti-pollution ability.The filtration loss of the sand bed under normal temperature and pressure and high temperature and high pressure for 30 minutes is 0.When the addition of NaCl is 20%,the addition of CaCl_(2) is 2%,and the addition of rock debris is 20%,the rheological and filtration properties of the drilling fluid are still relatively stable.
