摘 要:开发低成本、高效且绿色环保的析氧催化剂在能源与化工领域有非常重要的意义。本文以低成本石墨粉、三聚氰胺为原料,通过高温气相法制备了具有碱性析氧性能的CN基电催化剂。通过XRD、FTIR和SEM对其结构和形貌进行了表征,考察了掺杂比例以及煅烧次数对其碱性析氧性能的影响。实验结果表明,三聚氰胺和石墨粉质量比为1∶1且煅烧次数为3次时催化剂析氧性能最佳。Developing low-cost,efficient,and environmentally friendly oxygen evolution catalysts is of great significance in the fields of energy and chemical engineering.This article uses low-cost graphite powder and melamine as raw materials to prepare CN-based electrocatalysts with alkaline oxygen evolution performance through high-temperature gas-phase method.XRD,FTIR and SEM were used to characterize its structure and morphology,and the effects of doping ratio and sintering times on its alkaline oxygen evolution performance were investigated.The research results indicate that the catalyst exhibits the best oxygen evolution performance when the mass ratio of melamine to graphite powder is 1∶1 and the number of sintering times is 3.
