摘 要:为研究优化某大口径迫弹的飞行稳定性,基于空气动力学理论及弹丸摆动方程,对某大口径迫弹飞行稳定性参数进行了理论计算,得到了不同尾翼材料的弹丸在不同射角下的飞行稳定性参数,利用纸靶法对上述理论计算及优化进行了试验验证。结果表明:相对于采用钢制尾翼的大口径迫弹,采用铝制尾翼的弹丸在整个飞行过程中,稳定力矩更大,稳定储备量更高,摆动波长更小,有利于提高弹丸的飞行稳定特性;在45°射角下相较于钢尾翼迫弹,铝尾翼迫弹的稳定储备量增加了10%;摆动波长的试验结果与理论计算结果较为吻合,钢尾翼迫弹误差为7.8%,铝尾翼迫弹误差为5.6%。研究结果为大口径迫弹的性能优化提供了理论依据。In order to study and optimize the flight stability of a large caliber mortar projectile,theoretical calculations were conducted on the flight stability parameters of a large caliber mortar projectile based on aerodynamics theory and projectile oscillation equation.The flight stability parameters of projectiles with different tail materials at different firing angles were obtained.Finally,the theoretical calculations and optimization were experimentally verified using the paper target method.The results show that compared to large caliber mortar projectiles with steel tails,projectiles with aluminum tails have higher stability torque,higher stability storage,and smaller oscillation wavelength throughout the entire flight process,which is beneficial for improving the flight stability characteristics of projectiles.At 45°firing angle,the stable storage of aluminum tail projectiles has increased by 10%compared to steel tail ones.The experimental results of the oscillating wavelength are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results,with an error of 7.8%for the steel tail and 5.6%for the aluminum tail.The research results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the performance of large caliber mortar projectile.
