无后坐炮发射迫弹的流场数值模拟分析

摘  要:为研究以无后坐炮发射形式发射迫弹时炮口和喷管处的流场分布,运用Fluent流体计算软件,对发射迫弹过程的流场进行了数值模拟。通过三维建模软件UG建立2D平面轴对称流动数学模型,采用计算软件编程,将数值模拟与Fluent相结合,实现流场数值模拟。仿真得到了从迫弹起动至迫弹出炮口这一段时间内的流场分布情况。根据仿真结果对喷管附近的压力分布与气流速度进行分析,得到附近区域内的峰值分布情况。结果表明:随着弹丸从膛底运动到炮口后,炮口和尾喷管处的气流速度和压力先增大后逐渐减小,得到了尾喷管处的危险区域,为无后坐炮的喷管设计与优化、喷管处的安全区域提供了一定的理论依据。In order to study the distribution of the flow field at the muzzle and nozzle when the projectile is fired by a recoilless gun,numerical simulations of the flow field were conducted using Fluent software.A two-dimensional,plane-axisymmetric mathematical model of the flow was constructed by UG,and the numerical simulation was achieved through the integration of software programming,numerical simulation,and Fluent.The flow field of a mortar projectile as it begins to exit the muzzle was successfully simulated.The simulation results allow for an analysis of the pressure distribution and airflow velocity in the vicinity of the nozzle,with the peak distribution in the nearby area being identified.The results demonstrate that as the projectile progresses from the bottom of the bore to the muzzle,the airflow velocity and pressure at the muzzle and tail nozzle initially increase and subsequently decline gradually.This process yields the dangerous area at the tail nozzle,thereby establishing a theoretical foundation for the design and optimization of recoilless gun nozzles and the safety zone at the nozzle.
