摘　　要：燃气安全关乎千家万户,是城市安全韧性的重要一环。上海燃气有限公司在市委社会工作部和申能集团统一部署下,依托专业志愿者和社区志愿者联动服务机制,打造“党建引领、社企合作、专业服务、居民参与”的志愿服务助力基层治理模式。专项行动启动以来,一支由255名劳模工匠、技术骨干组成的专业志愿者队伍,与试点居村招募的社区工作者、楼组长、结对“老伙伴”等1066名社区志愿者,共同组成燃气安全志愿者队伍,针对不同人群,分类施策,创新“守门等候”“熟人牵线”“错峰安检夜门诊”“随约随检”等预约方式,形成了联动服务机制。Talents are the primary resource for accelerating the development of new quality productive forces,and the revitalization of talents is crucial to promote the comprehensive deepening of enterprise reforms.Taking state-owned energy enterprises as an example,sorts out the current status of the selected enterprise,analyzes the existing challenges in accelerating the development of emerging businesses,and proposes measures to foster new quality productivity forces and strengthen talent support.Research has found that by enhancing the construction of high-quality talent teams,optimizing talent training programs,building suitable platforms for talent growth,and refining institutional system,it can provide enterprises with robust talent support.These efforts can accelerate the formation of new quality productivity forces and drive high-quality development of enterprises.
