摘　　要：本文深入探讨公路高填深挖路基施工要点与安全质量管控措施。剖析深挖路段路基施工中准备工作、开挖线确定、石方开挖及边坡控制要点,以及高填路堤施工的土层处理、填筑过程与填挖交界处要点。提出涵盖一般施工与专项作业的安全管控策略,材料、过程、验收环节的质量管控方法,并通过实际案例展示管控措施应用成效,旨在为公路高填深挖路基施工提供全面技术与管理支撑,保障工程质量与安全。This paper discussed the key points and safety and quality control measures of highway high fill and deep excavation subgrade construction hy analyzing the preparation work,determination of excavation line,rock excavation and slope control points in the construction of subgrade in deep excavation section,as well as the soil treatment,filling process and key points at the junction of filling and excavation in the construction of high fill embankment.The paper proposes safety control strategies covering general construction and special operations,and quality control methods for materials,processes,and acceptance links,and shows the application effect of the measures through actual cases,aiming to provide comprehensive technical and management support for highway high fill and deep excavation subgrade construction,and to ensure project quality and safety.
