摘　　要：从科技管理工作对企业科技创新工作的促进作用出发,探讨了传统水电企业开展科技管理工作的主要对策和实践案例分析。通过研究可以看出,传统水电企业开展科技管理工作对于推动企业科技创新工作的发展、提升企业的核心竞争力以及促进企业的可持续发展具有重要意义。因此传统水电企业应该加强对科技管理工作的重视和实践应用。This article explores the main strategies and practical case analysis for traditional hydropower enterprises to carry out scientific and technological management work,starting from the promoting effect of scientific and technological management work on enterprise scientific and technological innovation work.Through the research,it can be seen that the implementation of technology management in traditional hydropower enterprises is of great significance in promoting the development of technological innovation,enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises,and promoting sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,traditional hydropower enterprises should strengthen their emphasis on technology management and practical application.
