水电站计算机监控现地LCU国产化应用研究

摘　　要：主要研究水电站计算机监控现地LCU国产化应用的问题并介绍水电站机组LCU的功能和应用领域,对现地LCU国产化的相关因素进行了分析,包括数据采集与处理、安全运行监视、控制和调节、辅助设备控制、数据通信和自诊断功能等。介绍了某公司电站利用水电站发电机组监控系统现地LCU升级改造的契机,将原有进口设备LCU装置更换为国产化的LCU装置,并对其在实际生产过程中的运行情况及应用效果进行观察研究,从而对水轮发电机组LCU装置中的适用性进行验证。This article examines the issues related to the domestic application of Local Control Unit(LCU)in computer monitoring systems for hydropower projects.It introduces the functions and application areas of the units'LCU,and analyzes the factors related to the domestication of on-site LCU,including data acquisition and processing,safe operation monitoring,control and regulation,auxiliary equipment control,data communication,and self-diagnostic functions.The article describes how a company's hydropower project took the opportunity of upgrading and transforming the monitoring system of hydropower generators to replace the original imported equipment LCU device with a domesticated LCU device.It also observes and studies its operation in the actual production process and application effects,thereby verifying the applicability of the LCU device in the hydropower generators.
