摘　　要：随着电网朝着智能化发展,变电站和电站对变压器运行状态监测提出了更高的要求,其运行状态直接关系到电网的安全与稳定。铁芯泄漏电流是评估变压器绝缘状况的重要参数之一,设计并实现了一种变压器铁芯泄漏电流智能在线监测的装置,该装置采用高精度的传感器实时采集数据,结合信号处理单元和智能诊断算法,实现对铁芯泄漏电流的连续监测和故障预警。实验结果表明:该装置能够准确识别并对铁芯泄漏电流进行预警,为变压器的预防性检修试验提供了有力的支持。With the development of the power grid towards intelligence,substations and power stations have put forward higher requirements for monitoring the operation status of transformers.Their operating state directly affect the safety and stability of the power grid.Core leakage current is one of the important parameters for evaluating the insulation condition of transformers.In this paper,an intelligent online monitoring device for transformer core leakage current is designed and implemented.The device uses high-precision sensors to collect real-time data,combined with signal processing units and intelligent diagnostic algorithms,to achieve continuous monitoring and fault warning of core leakage current.The experimental results show that the device can accurately identify and warn of iron core leakage current,providing strong reference support for preventive maintenance tests of transformers.
