摘  要:木坡水电站2号机组推力及上导轴承存在固有设计缺陷,长期运行后机组轴瓦温度较高,汛期存在机组瓦温过高事故停机风险,影响机组的发电时效,故机组安全稳定运行存在较大的隐患。推力及上导轴承改造后,油循环方式发生改变,需要在机组两侧外置冷却器油管路上分别加2台油泵,在机组运行时强迫油进行循环,降低机组运行时的轴瓦温度。同时还需增加一套冷却器控制系统,控制油泵启停及监视冷却器运行方式,因此方便了检修维护,提高了设备运行可靠性。There are inherent design defects in the thrust and upper guide bearings of the Unit No.2 of Mupo Hydropower Project,and the temperature of the axial tile of the unit has been high since its long-term operation,and there is a risk of accidental shutdown during flood season when the temperature of the unit is too high,which affects the power generation time of the unit and poses a big hidden danger for the safe and stable operation of the unit.After the modification of thrust and upper guide bearings,the oil circulation method has been changed,and it is necessary to add two oil pumps on the oil pipelines of the external cooler on both sides of the unit,forcing the oil to circulate when the unit is running,and lowering the temperature of the axial tile when the unit is running.At the same time,it is also necessary to add a set of cooler control system to control the start and stop of oil pumps and monitor the operation of the cooler,which facilitates maintenance and improves the reliability of the equipment.
