摘  要:木坡水电站自建成发电以来,机组在每年枯水期检修时均发现转轮叶片存在贯穿性裂纹,严重时还会有叶片掉块现象,裂纹位置在转轮下环出水边部位,长度在100~160 mm左右,每次采取现场补焊的方式维修。通过采用计算机数字模拟流态CFD对转轮重新优化设计,制造适合木坡水电站的转轮,解决了机组长期以来运行过程中存在的贯穿性裂纹和掉块问题。Since the Mupo Hydropower Project was built and started to generate electricity,penetrating cracks have been found in the runner blades during annual dry season maintenance,and in severe cases,there may be blade falling off.The crack is located at the outlet of the lower ring of the turbine,with a length of about 100-160mm.Every time,on-site welding is used for repairing.By optimizing the design of the rotating wheel and manufacturing a suitable one for the Mupo Hydropower Project,the problem of penetrating cracks and falling blocks that have existed during the long-term operation of the unit has been solved.
