摘  要:在“双碳”战略目标下,构建新型电力系统是实现“双碳”目标的必由之路,其中培育分布式源网荷储一体化新业态新模式是重要的举措之一。文章以春厂坝水电站闸首供电模式及负荷需求场景,详细介绍了具备“柴光储充”一体化自备电源特征的源网荷储一体化实际应用,主要包括地方电网、柴油发电机、太阳能光伏组件、并离网双向变流器、储能蓄电池、备自投装置、充电桩、泄洪闸设备等源网荷储一体化下的互补利用和联合控制策略研究,在满足供电可靠性的前提下,提高新能源的利用,实现经济优化联合运行。Under the strategic goal of"dual carbon",building a new power system is the only way to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Among them,cultivating a new business model of distributed source-gridload-storage integration(SGLS)is one of the important measures.Taking the power supply mode and load demand scenario of the gatehead of Chunchangba Hydropower Project,this paper introduces in detail the practical application of SGLS with the characteristics of"diesel-PV-storage-charging"integrated self-contained power supply,mainly including the complementary utilization and joint control strategy research of SGLS under the integration of local power grid,diesel generators,solar photovoltaic components,parallel grid bidirectional converters,energy storage batteries,automatic transfer devices,charging piles,spillway gate equipment,etc.Under the premise of meeting the reliability of power supply,the utilization of new energy is improved to achieve costeffective synergistic operation.
