摘　　要：在水力发电站水轮发电机组设备中,发电机组推力轴承是其重要组成部分,其主要作用是支撑整个机组转动部件重量和承受转子在运行中的轴向推力及径向位移,结构主要由轴承支撑座(刚性及弹性)、推力瓦、镜板、绝缘垫、推力头、卡环、导轴承及冷却器等重要设备构成。文章介绍了某水电站发电机推力瓦温偏高故障及分析处理工艺。The thrust bearing of the generator set is an important component of hydroelectric power plants.Its main function is to support the weight of the rotating parts of the entire unit and bear the axial thrust and radial displacement of the rotor during operation.The structure mainly consists of important equipment such as bearing support seats(rigid and elastic),thrust pads,mirror plates,insulation pads,thrust heads,snap rings,guide bearings,and coolers.The paper introduces the fault of high thrust tile temperature of a hydroelectric power station generator and its analysis and treatment process.
