摘 要:由于水轮发电机存在设计缺陷、安装工艺误差或运行过程中出现故障,可能引发大轴轴向电压和电流产生;过大的轴电流会烧灼轴头和轴瓦表面,并使透平油炭化,影响轴承的运行状态及绝缘能力,从而使轴承烧损、造成事故,因此研究水轮发电机轴电流产生的原因,采取可靠的轴电流防范措施是关键,文章以四川省小金川流域赞拉水电站3F机组为案例,分析论述该类型小型混流式水轮发电机组轴电流形成的机理、原因及对设备的危害,并对该机组存在的轴电流试验及检测进行了阐述,提出了预防维护措施。Due to design defects,installation errors,or operational faults,turbine generators may generate axial voltage and current on the main shaft;Excessive shaft current can burn the shaft head and bearing surface,and cause carbonization of the turbine oil,affecting the operating status and insulation ability of the bearings,resulting in bearing burnout and accidents.Therefore,it is crucial to study the causes of shaft current generation in turbine generators and take reliable measures to prevent shaft current.This article takes the 3F unit of Zanla Hydropower Project in Xiaojinchuan Basin,Sichuan Province as a case study to analyze and discuss the mechanism,causes,and hazards of shaft current formation in this type of small mixed flow hydroelectric turbine generator unit,and conducts multi-faceted research on the shaft current problems of the unit.
