摘　　要：文章针对某发电厂220 kV断路器油泵频繁打压的故障现象进行了详细分析。首先介绍了电站的开关站主接线形式及故障现象的具体描述,然后通过逐步排查,确定了故障原因为手动卸载阀关闭不严导致的液压油回流。在此基础上,本文提出了相应的解决方案,并讨论了预防措施,以确保电站的安全稳定运行。该分析不仅为类似故障的处理提供了参考,也为电站的日常维护和检修工作提供了有益的借鉴。This paper provides a detailed analysis of the frequent oil pump operation failure of the 220kV circuit breaker in a power plant.First,the main electrical connection diagram of the power plant's switch station and the specific description of the fault phenomenon are introduced.Then,through a step-by-step investigation,the root cause of the failure is determined to be the improper closure of the manual unloading valve,leading to the backflow of hydraulic oil.Based on this,a corresponding solution is proposed,and preventive measures are discussed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power plant.This analysis not only provides reference for similar fault handling but also provides useful guidance for the daily maintenance and inspection work of power plants.
