摘  要:木坡水电站机组推力头设计与发电机主轴为间隙配合,运行过程中由于卡环松动等原因会造成主轴轴线发生偏移,主轴偏移造成下导、水导摆度增加,瓦温增加。当偏移过大时会直接造成水导瓦损坏。通过技术改进,重新设计了推力头,将原推力头与镜板一体结构设计为分体结构,推力头与发电机主轴配合为过盈配合,原上导筒式瓦改为分块瓦结构,解决机组轴承偏移问题。The thrust head design of the units of the Mupo hydropower project is in clearance coordination with the generator main shaft.During operation,the main shaft axis may be offset due to loosening snap rings and other reasons.The main shaft offset causes an increase in the deflection of the lower guide and water guide,and an increase in bearing temperature.When the offset is too large,it will directly cause damage to the water guide bearing.Through technical improvements,the thrust head has been redesigned,and the original thrust head and mirror plate integrated structure has been designed as a separate structure.The thrust head and generator main shaft are matched with interference fit,and the original upper guide cylinder bearing has been changed to a block bearing structure to solve the problem of unit bearing axis offset.
