摘　　要：本文借助激光粒度分析、粉末X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析、热重和差式扫描量热分析比较了两种不同来源吲达帕胺原料药在晶型粒径特征方面的差异。研究发现两种不同来源吲达帕胺原料药在粒径分布、形貌、晶型和热性能等方面均存在差异,其中一种含有少量的无定型态成分。研究结果为吲达帕胺原料药质量研究和原料药供应商变更研究等方面提供了借鉴和参考。This study compares the crystal form and particle size characteristics of indapamide raw materials from two different sources using laser particle size analysis,powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and differential scanning calorimetry.The results reveal significant differences in particle size distribution,morphology,crystal form,and thermal properties between the two sources,with one of the sources containing a small amount of amorphous components.These findings provide valuable references for quality research and supplier change assessments of indapamide raw materials.
