摘　　要：为了解屯溪三江省级湿地公园梅林段春、秋季浮游植物群落结构组成,于2023年春季(5月)、秋季(10月)选取该区段起点(梅林湿地公园)、中段(梅林大坝)及末端(桃花岛)开展了浮游植物群落结构调查,并基于藻类生物学信息对调查区段水质状况进行了评价。结果表明,调查区段藻类多样性水平较高,以绿藻门、硅藻门、蓝藻门为主要优势门类。叶绿素a(Chl a)、香农威纳多样性指数(Shannon-Wiener指数)、皮洛均匀度指数(Pielou指数)、马加莱夫指数(Margalef指数)以及多样性阈值均反映调查区段水质健康状况较优,水体富营养化水平较低,表明湿地公园该区段水体在春、秋季水质状况均较优,水生态健康状况较好。In order to understand the composition of phytoplankton community structure in the Meilin section of Tunxi Sanjiang Provincial Wetland Park in spring and autumn,the phytoplankton community structure was investigated at the starting point(Meilin Wetland Park),the middle part(Meilin Dam),and the end(Taohua Island) of this section in spring(May) and autumn(October) in 2023.Water quality of the investigated section was evaluated based on algae biological information.The results show that the level of algae diversity in the investigation section is high,with Chlorophyta,Diatom,and Cyanophyta as the main dominant categories.Key indicators such as Chlorophyll a(Chl a),the ShannonWiener diversity index(Shannon-Wiener index),the Pielou evenness index(Pielou index),Margalef index,and the diversity threshold reflect good water quality and low eutrophication levels.This indicates that the water quality and ecological health of the wetland park section are favorable during spring and autumn.
