体教融合背景下我国竞技体育后备人才培养机制研究

摘  要:体教融合背景下我国竞技体育后备人才培养面临缺乏政策导向和学理依据、传统体教结合成功实践案例较少、资源配置不足削弱人才培养效果、缓解学训矛盾成为一大关键任务等困境。通过对标美国、欧盟、日本,从夯实理论基础,把握体教融合人才培养价值;推进院校改革,打造后备人才培养模式;发挥市场作用,推动竞技体育人才合理流动;打通社会路径,引导多方社会力量共同参与等方面,构建我国竞技体育后备人才培养机制。Under the background of sports and education integration,the training mechanism for competitive sports reserve talents in China faces several challenges,including the lack of policy guidance and theoretical support for Sports and Education Integration,limited successful cases of the traditional sports and education combination practice,insufficient resource allocation that undermines talent development,and one critical task of alleviating the conflict between academic studies and athletic training.To address these issues,this study proposes the strategies by benchmarking against the practices of the United States,the European Union,and Japan,including strengthening theoretical foundations to clarify the value of talent cultivation in Sports and Education Integration;advancing institutional reforms to establish effective talent development models;leveraging market mechanisms to promote the rational flow of competitive sports talents;and opening social pathways to encourage multi-stakeholder participation.These strategies aim to construct a robust mechanism for cultivating competitive sports reserve talents in China,thereby enhancing the quality and efficiency of talent development in the sports sector.
