摘 要:为了适应新工科教学背景,针对理论力学教学过程中存在的问题,通过创新实践能力的培养和产学协同合作,实现“服务需求、提高质量”的教育目标。研究确立了“以工程实践能力为核心”的人才培养理念,坚持理论与实践并重、专业特色相互结合的原则,搭建了涵盖教学、实践、科研的“三位一体”创新平台。同时,构建“三阶段、递进式”的人才培养模式,并探索和完善规范化的教育过程管理体系,形成“教学—实践—科研—创新”一体化的课程改革方案。此探索不仅能够培养具备创新能力的专业人才,也为新工科建设提供有力支持。To practice New Engineering and address challenges in teaching Theoretical Mechanics,the educational goal of“serve demands and enhance quality”is achieved through the cultivation of innovative practical abilities and industry-university cooperation.The research establishes the talent training concept of“taking engineering practice ability as the core,”adheres to the principle of balanced emphasis on theory and practice integrated with professional characteristics,and builds a “trinity” innovation platform covering teaching,practice,and scientific research.At the same time,a “three-stage,progressive” talent cultivation model is constructed,along with the exploration and refinement of a standardized educational process management system.This integrated approach of“teaching-practice-research-innovation”not only fosters professional talents with innovative capacities but also robustly supports the advancement of New Engineering initiatives.
