摘  要:为确定夏热冬冷地区超低能耗高层居住建筑围护结构设计关键参数对建筑能耗的影响程度、优化围护结构的数值选取范围,选取该地区某典型超低能耗高层居住建筑为研究对象,利用PKPM软件建立超低能耗建筑基准模型,选取外墙传热系数、屋面传热系数、外窗传热系数以及南北向窗墙比为影响因素进行能耗模拟,以超低能耗居住建筑能耗值为约束目标,通过能耗模拟结果进行影响因素敏感性分析,同时选取不同层数的高层居住建筑对照模型验证试验结论,得到围护结构设计关键参数对建筑能耗的影响程度排序及可靠的参数选取范围。In order to determine the influence of key parameters of the envelope design of ultra-low energy consumption highrise residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas on the energy consumption of the buildings,and to optimise the range of values of the envelope,a typical ultra-low energy consumption high-rise residential building in the area is selected as the research object,and a benchmark model of ultra-low energy consumption building is established by using the PKPM software,and the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall,the heat transfer coefficient of the roof,the heat transfer coefficient of the external window,and the ratio of the window and wall in the north-south direction are selected as the influencing factors for the energy consumption simulation.The energy consumption simulation is carried out with the energy consumption value of ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings as the constraint target,and the sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors is carried out through the energy consumption simulation results,while the control model of high-rise residential buildings with different numbers of floors is adopted to verify the experimental conclusions.The ranking of key parameters of envelope design on building energy consumption and the reliable parameter selection range are obtained.
