摘  要:为保证防辐射混凝土的辐射屏蔽性能达标,设计时通常需对其在长期辐照及高温环境下的元素含量进行控制,研究采用多种试验方法测试混凝土中H和Fe元素含量,提出适用于实际工程的测试方法。结果表明:对于Fe元素等效质量密度的测试,X射线荧光测试法的实测结果与直接计算法基本一致,可用于工程项目;对于H元素等效质量密度的测试,采用直接测试混凝土结合水并计算H元素含量的方法,能更准确地反应用水量与水胶比变化对浆体结合水及体系氢元素等效质量密度的影响,从测试准确性和操作便利性上均更佳,推荐用于工程项目。To ensure that the radiation shielding performance of radiation shielding concrete meets the required standards,it is usually necessary to control the elemental content of the concrete under long-term irradiation and high-temperature conditions during the design phase.The study employed various testing methods to measure the content of H and Fe elements in concrete and proposed detection methods suitable for practical engineering projects.The results indicate that for the measurement of the equivalent mass density of Fe elements,the actual results obtained by X-ray fluorescence testing are essentially consistent with those calculated by the direct calculation method,and thus can be applied in engineering projects.For the measurement of the equivalent mass density of H elements,a method that directly tests the water of hydration in concrete and calculates the H element content can more accurately reflect the impact of changes in water consumption and water-to-binder ratio on the hydration water of the paste and the equivalent mass density of hydrogen elements in the system.This method is superior in terms of both testing accuracy and operational convenience,and is recommended for use in engineering projects.
