石粉砂制备碱激发干硬性再生混凝土性能研究

摘  要:以碱激发矿粉为胶凝材料、石粉砂替代全部河砂、再生粗骨料替代全部天然骨料制备碱激发干硬性再生混凝土(AANSRC),系统研究了胶凝材料用量和碱浓度对混凝土用水量、溶胶比和抗压强度的影响,建立了AANSRC的28 d抗压强度与胶凝材料用量、溶胶比的线性拟合曲线。结果表明:为保持混凝土拌合物的工作性能,AANSRC的用水量随胶凝材料用量和碱浓度增加而增加;当胶凝材料用量500 kg/m^(3)、碱浓度5.0%时,AANSRC力学性能优异,28 d抗压强度达到最高,为48.1 MPa,具有明显的快硬早强特性,3 d抗压强度约为28 d抗压强度的70.0%。建立的拟合方程相关性显著,基于此,优化了不同强度等级AANSRC的配合比。The experiment used alkali-activated cementitious materials to replace cement,limestone sand to replace river sand,and recycled coarse aggregate to replace natural aggregate to prepare alkali-activated no-slump recycled concrete(AANSRC),and systematically studied the effects of cementitious material dosage and alkali concentration on the water consumption,sol ratio,and compressive strength of concrete and established the linear correlation between 28 d compressive strength,cementitious material dosage and sol ratio.The results show that to maintain the working workability of concrete mixtures,the water consumption of AANSRC increases with the increase of cementitious material content and alkali concentration.When the cementitious material content is 500kg/m~3 and the alkali concentration is 5.0%,AANSRC has excellent mechanical properties and fast hardening and early strength effect.Its 28 d compressive strength can reach 48.10 MPa,and its 3 d compressive strength can reach 70.0%of 28 d compressive strength.The established regression equation shows a significant correlation.Based on this,optimized the mix proportion of AANSRC with different strength levels.
