摘  要:对比4种不同膨胀剂对C60混凝土自生体积变形的影响,评价其抗裂性能,并将优选方案应用于武汉某建筑地下工程主楼外墙。结果表明:掺量均为6%时,掺入钙质膨胀剂早期膨胀快,短期抗裂性能最优;镁质膨胀剂膨胀较均匀,长期抗裂性能最优;钙镁复合膨胀剂(CMEA)早期膨胀快,长龄期仍能保持均匀膨胀,但抗裂性能较差。CMEA掺量由6%增至10%时,混凝土7、28 d净膨胀分别增大了99.3%、95.4%,且抗裂性能佳。工程应用验证了采用掺10%CMEA的补偿收缩混凝土能提高墙体的抗裂性能。The effect of four different expansive agents on the autogenous volume deformation of C60 concrete was compared,and their crack resistance performance was evaluated.The optimal solution was then applied to the exterior wall of the main building in an underground project in Wuhan.The results show that when the dosage is 6%for all types of expansive agents,the calciumbased expansive agent has rapid early expansion and the best short-term crack resistance.The magnesium-based expansive agent has more uniform expansion and the best long-term crack resistance.The calcium-magnesium composite expansive agent (CMEA) has rapid early expansion and can maintain uniform expansion over a long period,but its crack resistance is relatively poor.When the dosage of CMEA is increased from 6%to 10%,the net expansion of the concrete at 7 and 28 days increases by 99.3%and 95.4%respectively,and the crack resistance is the best.The engineering application has verified that using 10%CMEA in compensating shrinkage concrete can improve the crack resistance of the wall.
