摘 要:以磷酸二氢钾、重烧MgO、硼砂、自制成孔剂为原材料,采用物理发泡工艺,制备了不同干密度的磷酸镁水泥基多孔吸声材料,结合体视显微镜、扫描电镜等手段对其微观结构、吸声降噪、力学性能等进行研究。结果表明,随着磷酸镁水泥基吸声材料干密度降低,试样的气孔孔径变大、孔分布变宽、连通程度上升、气孔间的连通喉道变大,吸声降噪能力得到强化,力学性能下降;当干密度由943 kg/m^(3)降低至502 kg/m^(3)时,磷酸镁水泥基吸声材料的连通孔占比从38.7%升至98.1%,D50从0.366 mm增至0.501 mm,阻抗管测得的降噪系数从0.40增至0.55,28 d抗压强度从5.4 MPa降至2.7 MPa。Taking potassium dihydrogen phosphate,re-fired MgO,borax and self-manufactured pore agent as raw materials,adopting physical foaming process to prepare magnesium phosphate cement-based porous acoustic material,combining with body-view microscope,scanning electron microscope and other means to study its microstructure,acoustic noise reduction,mechanical properties.The results show that the dry density of the cement-based acoustic material prepared with magnesium phosphate cement decreases,the pore size of the pores becomes larger,the pore distribution becomes wider,the degree of connectivity increases,the connectivity between the pores becomes larger,the acoustic noise reduction ability is strengthened,and the mechanical properties decrease.Compared with the dry density of 943 kg/m~3,when the dry density is reduced to 502 kg/m~3,the percentage of connected pores of cement-based acoustic material increases from 38.7% to 98.1%,and the diameter of D_(50) pores increases from 0.366 mm to 0.501 mm,and the noise reduction coefficient measured by the impedance tube rises from 0.40 to 0.55,and the compressive strength decreases to from 5.4 MPa to 2.7 MPa.
