摘 要:将水泥、砂、淤泥与碱激发剂混合采用压制工艺制备淤泥免烧砖样品,并通过无侧限抗压强度、吸水率、软化系数、抗冻性能试验及^(29)Si核磁共振(^(29)Si NMR)分析,探讨碱激发剂掺量对试件性能的影响及作用机理。结果表明:当碱激发剂掺量从0增至0.8%时,免烧砖的抗压强度从20.49 MPa提高至29.55 MPa,吸水率由13.2%减小至10.4%,软化系数从0.77增至0.91,冻融质量损失率由5.7%减小至0.7%;当掺量增至1.0%时,抗压强度降低至26.45 MPa,吸水率增大至12.1%,软化系数降至0.85,冻融质量损失率增至1.5%。Samples of silt free bricks were prepared by mixing cement,sand,silt and alkali activator using pressing process,and the effects of alkali activator dosage on the performance of specimens and its mechanism were investigated through the tests of unconfined compressive strength,water absorption,softening coefficient,anti-freezing performance and ~(29)Si nuclear magnetic resonance(~(29)Si NMR) analysis.The results showed that:when the dosage of alkali exciter increased from 0 to 0.8%,the compressive strength of no-burn bricks increased from 20.49 MPa to 29.55 MPa,the water absorption rate decreased from 13.2% to 10.4%,the softening coefficient increased from 0.77 to 0.91,and the freeze-thaw mass loss rate decreased from 5.7% to 0.7%;when the dosage was increased to 1.0%,the compressive strength was decreased to 26.45 MPa,the water absorption rate increased to 12.0%,the softening coefficient decreased to 0.85,and the freeze-thaw mass loss rate increased to 1.5%.
