摘 要:以软化点、延度和针入度等为指标研究软化油、橡胶粉、SBS、SBR对改性沥青基础性能的影响;在此基础上,研究玄武岩矿粉、玄武岩纤维掺量对防水卷材性能的影响。结果显示,防水卷材最优配比为:以基质沥青质量为基础,软化油掺量为27.5%,橡胶粉掺量为25.0%,热熔增粘剂SBS、SBR掺量分别为4%、7%,粉胶比为0.7,玄武岩纤维掺量为2.5%。制备的防水卷材延伸率474%,持粘性49 min,剥离强度:卷材与卷材1.20 N/mm、卷材与铝板1.99 N/mm,低温柔性:-20℃无裂纹,耐热性:70℃无滑动,渗油性1张,符合GB 23441—2009的要求。Determine the effect of formula ratios of softened oil,rubber powder,SBS,and SBR on the basic properties of the modified asphalt through softening point,ductility,and penetration.On this basis,the influence of basalt mineral powder and basalt fiber content on the performance of waterproofing sheet was studied.The results showed that the optimal ratio of waterproof sheet was based on the quality of the base asphalt,softening oil of 25.0%,tire rubber powder of 25.0%,SBS of 4%,SBR of 7%,basalt fiber of 2.5%,and basalt mineral powder ratio to base asphalt of 0.7.The prepared waterproof sheet has an elongation rate of474%,a viscosity holding time of 49 minutes,a peel strength of 1.20 N/mm between the sheets,and 1.99 N/mm between the sheet and the aluminum plate,low temperature flexibility of -20 ℃ without cracks,heat resistance of 70 ℃ without sliding,oil permeability of 1 sheet,and meets the requirements of GB 23441—2009.
