摘 要:采用XRD、XRF、SEM和TG-DSC对磷石膏进行测试和表征,利用磷石膏制备自粘改性沥青防水卷材,研究了磷石膏掺量对防水卷材性能的影响。结果表明,磷石膏制备的自粘改性沥青防水卷材具有更高的耐热性,但在一定程度上降低了低温性能;磷石膏(半水或无水)掺量与自粘改性沥青防水卷材断裂延伸率、剥离强度、持粘性之间存在显著强相关,磷石膏掺量为50%时,防水卷材的综合性能最优。使用无水磷石膏制备的自粘改性沥青防水卷材在高低温性能、断裂延伸率、剥离强度和持粘性方面均表现更优。XRD,XRF,SEM and TG-DSC were used to comprehensively test and characterize phosphogypsum.The self-adhesive modified asphalt waterproofing membrane was prepared using phosphogypsum,and the effect of phosphogypsum content on the performance of the waterproofing membrane was studied.The results show that the waterproofing membrane prepared by phosphogypsum has higher heat resistance and reduces the low-temperature performance to a certain extent.There is a significant strong correlation be-tween the content of phosphogypsum(semi-aqueous and anhydrous) and the elongation at break,peel strength and viscosity of the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane,especially when the content of phosphogypsum is 50%,the comprehensive performance of the waterproofing membrane reaches the optimum.In particular,the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane prepared by anhydrous phosphogypsum shows better performance in terms of high and low temperature performance,elongation at break,peel strength and stickiness.
