摘 要:通过单掺磷石膏及正交试验,分析硫氧镁水泥(MOS)的力学性能和耐水性,并通过XRD、SEM进一步分析磷石膏和磷酸对MOS的作用机理。结果表明:适量的磷石膏可以改善MOS的抗折强度及耐水性,单掺25%磷石膏时MOS的14、28 d软化系数达到0.91、0.81。磷石膏掺量30%、磷酸掺量0.9%、水硫比为18时制备的MOS综合性能最优,其28 d抗折、抗压强度分别为10.9、50.9MPa,14、28 d软化系数分别为1.08、0.63。Through single addition of phosphogypsum and orthogonal experiments,the mechanical and water resistance properties of magnesium sulfide oxide cement(MOS) were analyzed,and the mechanism of phosphogypsum and phosphoric acid on MOS was further analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results demonstrate that the judicious incorporation of phosphogypsum can effectively enhance the flexural strength and water resistance of MOS.Specifically,a phosphogypsum content of 25% enables the softening coefficients of MOS to reach 0.91 at 14 days and 0.81 at 28 days.The optimal combination of factors was found to be a phosphogypsum content of 30%,a phosphoric acid content of 0.9%,and a water-sulfur ratio of 18,which resulted in flexural and compressive strengths of 10.9 MPa and 50.9 MPa at 28 days,respectively,and softening coefficients of 1.08 and 0.63 at 14 and 28 days,respectively.
