摘 要:以磷建筑石膏(HPG)及原状磷石膏(RPG)为主要原料,通过正交试验及单因素试验,探究RPG与HPG掺量比、水泥及粉煤灰掺量对磷石膏基复合胶凝材料抗压强度、软化系数的影响。正交试验结果表明,最佳配比为m(RPG)∶m(HPG)=3∶7,水泥、粉煤灰掺量均为15%,此时7 d抗压强度为10.1 MPa,软化系数最高,为0.75。单因素试验结果表明,胶凝材料性能与RPG与HPG掺量比呈负相关,随着水泥、粉煤灰掺量增加,综合性能均为先提高后降低,水泥掺量过多会影响其稳定性,水泥掺量为15%~20%综合性能最佳。Using phosphorus building gypsum(HPG) and raw phosphogypsum(RPG) as the main raw materials,orthogonal tests and one-way tests were conducted to investigate the effects of the dosage ratio of RPG and HPG,dosage of cement and fly ash on the compressive strength and softening coefficient of phosphogypsum-based composite cementitious materials.The results of orthogonal test showed that the optimal ratio was m(RPG)∶m(HPG)=3∶7,and the cement and fly ash dosage was 15%,at this time,the 7 d compressive strength was 10.1 MPa,and the softening coefficient was the highest,which was 0.75.The results of the oneway test showed that the performance of cementitious materials was negatively correlated with the dosage ratio of RPG.With the increase of cement and fly ash dosage,the comprehensive performance is improved firstly and then decreased,too much cement dosage affects its stability,and cement dosage is the best comprehensive performance in the range of 15%~20%.
