摘 要:赤泥是氧化铝工业生产过程中排放的大宗固废,其具有高碱性、重金属毒性和放射性,因此赤泥的堆存对周边环境和人体健康存在巨大的威胁。赤泥的资源化利用是当今固废处理领域的一个重要课题。而赤泥中富含铝相和硅相矿物,使其在建筑材料制备领域具有较大的应用潜力,同时也有望实现赤泥的规模化消纳。详细综述了赤泥在砖块、水泥、混凝土、陶粒及路基材料制备领域的国内外研究进展,同时也提出了后续赤泥在建筑材料制备领域应该重点关注的方向。Red mud is a large amount of solid waste discharged in the process of alumina industrial production.It has high alkalinity,heavy metal toxicity and radioactivity.Therefore,the storage of red mud can pose a huge threat to the surrounding environment and human health.The large-scale disposal and utilization of red mud is an important topic in the field of solid waste treatment.Red mud is rich in aluminum and silicon minerals,which has great application potential in the field of building material preparation,and is also expected to realize the large-scale absorption of red mud.In this paper,the research progress of red mud in the preparation of brick,cement,concrete,ceramsite and subgrade materials at home and abroad was reviewed in detail,and the future directions of red mud in the preparation of building materials were also proposed.
