摘  要:通过自主设计的撞击声隔声量评价实验模型,研究了聚合物隔声复合材料的隔声性能。结果表明:相较于刚性砂浆类材料,聚合物隔声复合材料对撞击声具有更显著的改善效果,隔声效果排序为:丁苯乳液>苯丙乳液>VAE乳液,随聚合物掺量增加,涂层的隔声性能先增强后逐渐达到平衡;涂层的粘结强度、拉伸强度、桥接裂缝性能力均随聚合物掺量增加而增强,其中丁苯乳液与隔声填料的相容性更好;改性轮胎橡胶粉与乳液结合后隔声性能及物理力学性能均优于玻化微珠,聚合物隔声复合材料的隔声效果均随着涂覆厚度的增加而增强,8 mm以上厚度的涂层能将60 cm高落球撞击声降至75 dB以下。The sound insulation performance of polymer based sound insulation materials was explored by the self-designed impact sound insulation evaluation experimental model.The results showed that compared with rigid mortar materials,polymer based sound insulation composite materials had a more significant improvement effect on impact sound,with the sound insulation effect ranking as styrene butadiene>styrene butadiene>VAE.The increase in polymer content gradually reached equilibrium after the coat-ing's sound insulation ability was enhanced;The bonding strength,tensile strength,and crack bridging ability of the coating all increase with the increase of polymer content,among which the compatibility between styrene butadiene polymer and sound insulation filler is better.The sound insulation and physical mechanical properties of modified tire rubber powder combined with polymer are better than those of vitrified microbeads.The sound insulation effect of polymer based sound insulation materials enhanced with the increase of material coating thickness.Coatings with a thickness of 8 mm or more can reduce the impact sound of 60 cm high balls to below 75 d B.
