摘　　要：随着建筑行业的快速发展和环保要求的不断提高,市场对于干混砂浆高性能化以及多元化的要求不断提高,而干混砂浆外加剂在提高砂浆性能、扩大砂浆应用范围、绿色低碳方面发挥着重要作用,外加剂不仅能改善干混砂浆和易性、抗流挂性、保水性等性能,还能丰富干混砂浆的品种,节约水泥的用量。综述了可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚、憎水剂等3种主要干混砂浆外加剂的技术研究现状和市场发展趋势。为适配具有“安全、舒适、绿色、智慧”属性的“好房子”的要求,我国干混砂浆外加剂在绿色环保、高性能化和功能多样化等方向的研究将成为未来的热点。With the rapid development of the construction industry and the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,the market's demand for high-performance and diversified dry mixed mortar is constantly increasing.Dry mixed mortar additives play an important role in aspects of improving mortar performance,expanding mortar application scope,and green and low-carbon.Additives can not only improve the workability,anti sagging,water retention and other properties of dry mixed mortar,but also enrich the variety of dry mixed mortar and save cement consumption.This article summarizes the technical research status and market development trends of three main dry mixed mortar additives,including redispersible latex powder,cellulose ether and hydrophobic agent.To meet the requirements of a "good house" with the attributes of "safety,comfort,greenness,and intelligence",dry mixed mortar additives in China will become a hot research direction in terms of green environmental protection,high performance,and diversified functions in the future.
