摘 要:幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染能引发一系列胃内外疾病,因此及时根除H.pylori至关重要。然而,H.pylori的根除治疗会导致肠道菌群失衡,其特征是菌群多样性下降和组成改变,这可能与治疗相关的不良反应密切相关。益生菌干预通过对H.pylori的直接或间接作用,如改善肠道菌群失衡等,有可能减少与治疗相关的不良反应,甚至还有可能提高根除率。了解不同状态下的肠道菌群对于制定有针对性的干预措施至关重要。因此,本文就H.pylori根除治疗和益生菌干预对肠道菌群的影响作一综述。Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) infection is associated with a spectrum of gastric and extragastric disorders,thus the timely eradication of H.pylori is of paramount importance.However,the eradication treatment of H.pylori can lead to an imbalance in the gut microbiota,characterized by a decrease in the diversity and changes in the composition of microbiota,which may be closely associated with treatment-related adverse reactions.Probiotic intervention,through direct or indirect effects on H.pylori,such as improving gut microbiota,has the potential to reduce treatment-related adverse reactions and may even enhance the eradication rate.Understanding the gut microbiota in different states is crucial for developing targeted interventions.Therefore,this article provides a comprehensive review on the effects of H.pylori eradication treatment and probiotic intervention on the gut microbiota.
